Consideration

All resumés will be received on our careers site to ensure that the process is both fair and efficient. As soon as we receive your application, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you that it is being considered.

Cultural Interview

This is nothing but an opportunity to get to know each other better; it’s a two-way street. On one hand, we will have the opportunity to learn more about you and on the other hand, you can learn more about S4N.

So make the most of this opportunity and ask all the questions that spring to mind. In the end, you’ll need as much information as possible to make the right decision.

Test+technical interview

During this stage, you will demonstrate how you put your knowledge into practice; this stage is focused on your technical skills. We will put your knowledge to the test to check whether it fits into the role we wish to fill or the role you have applied for.

Do your best, and if at first you don’t succeed, don’t fret, these things happen, we’re all in the process of learning.

Selection process

The talent acquisition team will meet with the relevant department during your technical test, in order to discuss the results of each stage of the process and make a final decision. You will be informed of the decision as soon as possible.

If you are selected

We will contact you to let you know; provide you with relevant information about the hiring process and choose a starting date with you. You will also receive an email containing further details.

If you are not selected

We will be in touch to let you know that you were unsuccessful. The process of providing feedback is something we value highly within our organization’s culture, therefore, if you believe it is important to understand

our decision in detail, you may request this information. Likewise, if you would like us to remove your information from our database, you may ask us to do so at any point of the process.
